SEO A Blog For Beginners

I’m going to pull back the curtain and reveal the secrets on how to SEO a blog or website.  The BIG SEO companies usually charge BIG bucks for this info. You can thank me by leaving me a “pat-on-the-back” comment.

This blog post is NOT about keywords. I’m assuming that for this blog post you already have your keywords. However, if not, I have a complete video training on keyword research. I try to keep the trainings specific to “one” topic at a time. I don’t know about you, but when I started out a few years back I got confused very quickly (It has nothing to do with being blonde). A-N-D, I also know from experience confusion leads to procrastination.

Are you ready to learn how to seo a blog? GREAT!

•    First – pick your “best” keyword, or words that describes your site concept. (this should be your keyword or keywords that have the highest amount of interest.

•    Second – You must create a title for your blog. Example… Using my blog, my keywords are… make blog, write blog, marketing a blog, making money blogging, and seo a blog. So, my title is… “Start Make and Marketing A Blog That Makes You Money.”  See video for complete details!

•    Third – You have to describe your blog using your specific keyword, or keywords. The description, when you seo a blog, has to get your prospects interested enough in order for them to click on your link and visit your blog. Example… My description is… How to start marketing a blog and make money blogging online even if you’re a complete dufus.

•    Fourth – Then just enter the 4 to 6 keywords. See Video!

When you write a post or page

•    Your “Title” has to have your keyword present. Only one keyword at a time.

•    When you write your blog post, the first sentence has to have your keyword present. Take a look at this post, and you’ll see that I have “seo a blog” as my title, and it’s in the first sentence, and throughout the copy.

•    Next – in order to sea a blog you’ll need to weave your keyword throughout your blog post. Place your keyword every 6 to 10 sentences, depending upon how long your sentences are. See my blog writing article for the inside secrets on writing.

Quick SEO Bog Tip: If you place your keywords too often throughout your posts or pages, the search engines will see it as spamming. BAD BLOGGER!  You’ll get no Google juice, or Yahoo lovin, just go straight to your room and don’t come down until you can play fair. GOT IT!

•    Next – In your “Tags” you should type in your keyword you used in your post. See Video!

•    Finally – You need “backlinks.” That’s another complete article/video.
